At the end of 2023, PHS Group organized one of the largest and most influential TikTok events of the year, bringing together hundreds of businesses, sellers, KOCs, and digital marketing experts.
The event focused on sharing business trends, practical sales strategies, and revenue optimization on TikTok, while also launching the Seller – KOC – Affiliate Partner network, creating new opportunities for collaboration and sustainable growth within the seller community.
As the designer responsible for the entire communication asset system, I led the overall visual direction of the event, including:
- Offline materials: backdrop, standees, banners, invitation tickets, presentation slides, etc.
- Online materials: promotional posters, social media posts, visual frames, landing page, etc.
- Theme identity system: color palette, typography, and key visuals applied consistently across all communication channels.

From concept development and visual direction to the detailed execution of each deliverable, my goal was to convey a dynamic, youthful, and creative spirit—true to TikTok’s DNA—while maintaining professionalism and visual consistency throughout the entire event experience.

During the event, I also took on the role of AV Operator, managing all video playback, audio, and visual effects on the LED screen in sync with the event timeline.
Results
The event was a great success, attracting a large number of participating businesses and generating thousands of engagements across social media platforms.
The cohesive communication assets significantly enhanced brand recognition for the campaign “Sale season — TikTok it is!”, clearly reflecting a modern, youthful style aligned with the spirit of unlimited creativity.
