On December 28, 2023, Unlock TikTok 2024 was successfully held at Grand Palace, Ho Chi Minh City, bringing together over 1,000 sellers, experts, content creators, and e-commerce businesses active on the TikTok Shop platform.
Organized by BigX, the event aimed to support the seller community in keeping up with and leading the Shoppertainment trend in 2024.
Unlock TikTok 2024 focused on delivering in-depth insights into the market, content technology, advertising, livestreaming, and effective growth strategies. Through updated content and real-world sharing from industry experts, the event helped participants:
- Understand TikTok advertising trends in 2024
- Grasp strategies for operating and optimizing TikTok Shop stores
- Optimize short-form video and livestream content to increase conversion rates
- Access global business opportunities through TikTok

As the designer in charge of the entire communication asset system, I was responsible for building the overall visual identity of the event, including:
- Offline materials: backdrop, standees, banners, invitation tickets, presentation slides, etc.
- Online materials: promotional posters, social media posts, visual frames, landing page, etc.
- Theme identity system: color palette, typography, and key visuals applied consistently across all communication channels.

From concept development and visual direction to the detailed execution of each deliverable, my goal was to convey a dynamic, youthful, and creative spirit—true to TikTok’s DNA—while maintaining professionalism and visual consistency throughout the entire event experience.
Results
The event was a great success, attracting a large number of participating businesses and generating significant engagement across social media platforms.
The cohesive branding and communication assets played a key role in enhancing brand recognition for the “Unlock TikTok 2024” campaign, clearly reflecting a modern, youthful aesthetic aligned with the spirit of unlimited creativity.
